Health Advocates are part of an integrated concierge and care management solution included in BCBSIL benefits. A Health Advocate is assigned to a member and any of their covered family members. This way, they will have a familiar person to talk to whenever they have a question, concern or health issue needing to be addressed.

I was tasked with creating a design that would relay the feeling that this benefit is the “gold” standard, and make the member feel like they were receiving VIP service.
